3D RENDER DETAILS:-
Here is a 3d render design of 30×50 duplex house design. you can see this is amazing modern façade design with wooden touch tiles. first we try make this design with few C channel but at the end we decide to design this as simple . we want to design this for those people who is looking for modern house at low budget.
We just give few extrude in this house and they all very easy to construct with simple way. Furthermore, wooden tiles play vital role to enhance the beauty of this house. you can see we use wooden tile only front wall which is little costly for some people but this is important part of this elegant house .
GROUND FLOOR DETAILS:-
On ground floor we give 3 bedroom with different size and all room are spacious . First bedroom is just front of the house and rest 2 bedroom at the end of the house as you can see in the image. if i talk about drawing room there is a drawing cum hall just beside the kitchen. there is only one 1 bathroom on ground floor which is general washroom. Rest we have space for stair which is opposite side of bathroom. Entire size of the plan you can see the plan sheet . This is fully ventilated house which need extra space outside the house for ventilation.
FIRST FLOOR PLAN DETAILS:-
FIRST floor we just give 1 bedroom because of low budget house. if anyone want to increase the number of bedroom then he/she can go with last 2 bedroom. you guys just need one thing keep in mind. construct the bedroom over each other ( see ground floor bedroom which is placed at the end ) . Rest we give space for 1 store room and pooja room which is not available at ground floor. one of the green point of first floor plan is sitting area , where you can enjoy your coffee with your partner.
