when someone construct house then always try to make something different because no one wants copy other house design. thats why we design for those people who cant afford house plan. Without house planning no can build house with proper way. Its mandatory to follow drawings when we build house with the help of drawings no one can mislead . so here we share some drawings sheets with you. so anyone can build there house with right and easy way. In this elevation we just use wooden tiles, pvc jali and iron tube . you can see this detail in render image.

FIRST FLOOR PLAN
We design this house plan for those people who are looking for small, simple and low budget duplex house for there small family. This plan fulfil all criteria. As you can se there is only 1 bedroom on ground floor just next to the drawing room. yester year back people don’t like to design open kitchen in india but now a days every one like open kitchen . kitchen location is just left side of the drawing room which help the drawing room to look bigger. If we give closed kitchen then drawing room would be congested. we attached one washroom with drawing room for guest and family member. just right side of the bedroom we placed stair for first floor.

When we reached first floor we directly enter in lobby area, anyone can use this as a drawing room . We access 3 things through the lobby area. First is bedroom, second one is store room and last one is bathroom. Sitting area is just front of the house and we can access this area by lobby.
