Ground Floor Design:

  1. Main Entrance and Car Porch (Right Side): The main entrance should ideally be in the north, east, or northwest direction. In this case, placing the car porch on the right side in the front ensures that the entrance is in the auspicious direction.
  2. Pooja Room: The pooja room, a space of spiritual significance, is best located in the northeast corner of the house. This direction is associated with positive energy and spiritual growth.
  3. Bedrooms: The two bedrooms on the ground floor can be placed in the south or west directions. The master bedroom can be in the southwest corner, promoting stability and good sleep.
  4. Hall and Kitchen: The hall or living area can be situated in the north, east, or northeast section of the house. The kitchen, a vital part of any home, should ideally be placed in the southeast corner, which is associated with the fire element.
  5. Storeroom and Access: The storeroom can be placed in the southwest corner of the house. It’s advisable to have access to the storeroom through a bedroom rather than directly from the main areas.
  6. Staircase: The staircase should ideally be located in the southwest or south directions. This helps maintain a sense of stability and strength in the house.
  7. Washroom: The washroom Is placed in south-west direction near to the stair case .

First Floor Design:

  1. Bedrooms: Similar to the ground floor, the bedrooms on the first floor can be placed in the front side north-east corner and north directions. we select this direction because of front elevation design looks more beautiful . Ensure that the beds are positioned in a way that your head is towards the east or south while sleeping.
  2. Hall: The hall on the first floor can be placed in the centre of the house, promoting positive social interactions and relaxation.
  3. Bathroom: The bathroom on this floor can be placed in the northwest corners.
  4. Staircase: As mentioned earlier, the staircase should ideally be in the southwest or south directions to maintain balance and strength.

FRONT ELEVATION DESIGN :-

General Vastu Tips:

  1. Ventilation and Natural Light: Ensure proper ventilation and ample natural light in all rooms. Well-lit and airy spaces attract positive energy.
  2. Colors and Decor: Choose soothing colors for the interiors, avoiding excessive use of dark shades. Decorate with elements that have a positive emotional impact.
  3. Clutter-Free Spaces: Keep the house clutter-free and organized. Clutter can obstruct the flow of positive energy.
  4. Greenery: Integrate indoor plants and greenery, especially in the northeast direction. Plants are known to purify the air and bring a sense of tranquility.
  5. Water Features: If possible, consider adding a small water feature like a fountain in the northeast direction. Water symbolizes wealth and prosperity in Vastu.

In conclusion, designing a 40×45 5BHK house according to Vastu principles involves careful consideration of directions, room placements, and architectural elements. By aligning your home with the principles of nature and energy flow, you can create a harmonious living space that promotes positivity, well-being, and prosperity for you and your family. Remember that while Vastu principles provide guidelines, personal preferences and practical considerations should also play a role in the design process.
